Gran Turismo 5

This is doing the rounds after the epic Sony press conference yesterday. GT5 was dated for Japan. November 3rd is the date to mark in your diaries, if you’re Japanese. There’s no worse thing plaguing the games industry then announcements of announcements, or building up the announcement of a games release date. Limerick man wins GT Academy

Limerick gamer, Daniel Collins from Rathkeale, drove his way to victory to become Ireland’s GT Academy 2010 Champion this weekend. Thirty one year old Collins beat the top 20 fastest gamers in the country at a live gaming event in Dublin on Saturday 13th February and will now represent Ireland in the grand final in Silverstone, UK, at the end… Continue »

GT5 dated for “the West”

GT5 academy’s demo hits PSN this week, but the game itself has been dated for next March. However, Sony have revised that date saying that the March deadline stands only for Japan. Gran Turismo supremo Kazunori Yamauchi showed up to some car show called SEMA, where an awards show sponsored by the yet-to-be released title GT5 was held among other things.
