EA Servers cause Bad Company 2 gamers massive headaches
Seriously folks, if you bought this game Friday with the hopes of playing it all night I really do sympathies with you. Kev’s review was spot on, the game is fantastic but not many people know this because EA server issues have been peppered through the weekend, rendering cross platform issues that seem to be particularly bad on the PC version.
Nearly every gaming forum you go to has pleas from irate gamers who have had their weekends ruined by unthinkably bad service from EA online.
Even with PS3 owners getting away the easiest at the weekend they still have no access to the in game online store and there have been widespread reports of stats being lost and game freezes.
Xbox 360 owners at last glance didn’t even have access to multiplayer since this morning and PC players are taking a gamble every time the fire the game up. Its a damn shame esp with the long running Beta and the oodles of cash EA have at their disposal.
Lets hope this gets sorted out soon.
Worth noting that my PS3 game froze once yesterday
