Modern Warfare 2 ‘stimulus pack’ priced
Robert Bowling guested on Major Nelson’s podcast Friday; and while he was their decided to spill the beans on the pricing for the pack. 5 maps of which 2 are remakes of older maps are going to cost 1200 Points!!!
1200 points…..are you kidding with me? Dice are giving away free maps for Battlefield at the end of March? A month after release! Infinity Wards game came out nearly six months ago and were expected to nearly €15 for 3 maps and two re makes? Am I the only one who finds this a little steep?
IW probably have very little to do with pricing but if they want to reach the peaks of fan appreciation the likes of Bungie have gotten too, they need to take care of their community. Especially given what they have had to put up with post release.

crazy, mw2 made like a billion, and they still have the cheek to charge 15euro for three new maps. i dont play mw2 online and this just proves why. roll on bad companies dominance (with free maps and most likely value for money paid DLC) and the new medal of honor trailer looks sweet.
In fairness, Bad Company is just adding existing maps to new modes. But yeah, the sooner MW goes away the better. Activision are treating fans like dirt…
