PSP games go for €9.99

SCEE has announced PSP Essentials, a range of top PSP games re-released at low prices to give every user access to a huge range of great titles. The new range, encompassing everything from car chases and planet-hopping capers to general knowledge challenges and schoolboy wizardry, is set to arrive this June in Europe with 20 games priced at €9.99 each, with more to follow.

“Releasing PSP Essentials makes sure that every PSP gamer – and younger newcomers in particular – can get their hands on the best portable gaming experiences at affordable prices” says Isabelle Tomatis, European Product Marketing Manager, Hardware and Platforms, at SCEE. “Combined with the other things PSP can do, like music, movies and chat, this makes PSP a really attractive choice for handheld entertainment.”

The first wave of PSP Essentials features 20 titles in all – and more games will be available every three months.
