Last night Kaos released the latest patch for Homefront on Steam fixing a whole bunch of UI and stability issues for example frame rate on sli/crossfire and single cards and reducing the damage one some guns in MP.
I have tested the patch and and can confirm that the fixes works very well on my setup .
